Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to equip his long-range air forces with hypersonic cruise missiles. Russia’s long-range air forces, responsible for delivering long-range missiles, including nuclear weapons, will be refitted with new wing-borne hypersonic missiles. The commander, Sergei Kobylash, was quoted in an interview with the Russian defence ministry’s newspaper, according to Russia’s Interfax news agency.
