A Russian army helicopters reportedly opened fire on a Wagner military convoy on the M4 highway outside the city of Voronezh. Meanwhile, Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, once known as Putin’s “chef”, says he and his men would not turn themselves in on the orders of the Russian President. Wagner PMC allegedly wrote “Putin made the wrong choice” and that “soon we will have a new president” in its Telegram channel.
